Marius has significant experience in Business process consulting and delivering solutions to Service Organizations. He has driven many successful global implementations in a Senior Architect role with responsibilities including project management and team leadership, strategy and business process design, solution design and configuration, solution deployment and support. His process and functional experience include contact center, customer service and support, field service, depot repairs, service parts management, contract management, installed base management, service sales and marketing, revenue and financial management.
Present and past clients include KLA-Tencor, Applied Materials, Lennox International, Barloworld Equipment, H&E Equipment, Intuitive Surgical, Fresenius Medical Care, Synopsys, and Apple Computer.
He has extensive industry experience in high tech and equipment manufacturers with clients in the heavy equipment, semi-conductor, medical equipment, consumer electronics, telecommunications, business equipment and software space.
Ashish Saxena is a co-founder of Accrete Solutions and is responsible for delivery of Sales, Service, Logistics, Finance and E-commerce solutions. In addition, he is also responsible for the offshore development centers in India. He has worked in senior positions in Big 5 consulting companies and has business experience in Service, Sales and Logistics.
Ashish is a highly experienced professional with 20+ years of business and technology consulting experience. His consulting experience includes multiple full lifecycle SAP projects with responsibilities including project management and team leadership, strategy/roadmap and business process design, scoping and blueprinting, solution design, deployment and support.

Albert Kleynhans is a co-founder of Accrete Solutions with responsibilities that include leading the company’s Business Transformation and Process Improvement advisory services.
Albert is an experienced professional services practitioner with 20+ years of business and technology consulting experience across a broad range of business functions. Sanjay is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years experience in starting, running and managing various businesses in the IT arena both in the USA and in India. He successfully started several IT companies in India and in the USA prior to co-founding Accrete Solutions.
Sanjay is a graduate of BITS, Pilani, India with a Masters in Science andBachelors in Engineering. Sanjay is a Private Pilot and flies Single Engine Cessna from the Reid HillView Airport.
Director Key Account Delivery
Manoj Kumaran is Director with responsibilities that include Key Account Project Delivery of Service, Sales and eCommerce solutions.
Prior to Accrete Solutions, Manoj was employed at PwC as a Director, Advisory Services.
Manoj has significant experience in Business process consulting, Roadmap & Technology delivery for Sales, Service and Marketing business functions of organizations. He has driven successful implementations in a Senior Architect role for Services and eCommerce solutions with organizations having a global footprint.

Manoj has a Bachelor of Technology from the University of Calicut, India with a major in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Jung Yeo is a Director with Accrete Solutions, where he helps clients deliver business value through implementation of Customer Relationship Management solutions. His 20 years of experience solutions architecture, delivery, and support of complex systems.
Jung has served clients in a broad range of sectors including technology, life sciences, public sector, and defense. He has extensive experience in the implementation of SAP Sales, Marketing, and Service solutions including over a dozen full life-cycle projects in SAP ECC and CRM.
Present and past clients include MSA, Canon, Boston Scientific, Curbell Plastics, Carrier, Sanofi Pasteur, State of North Carolina, Defense Logistics Agency, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Jung is a PMP certified project manager and earned a BA in Chemistry at the University of California at Berkeley.
Business Development Director
Scott's background includes 20 years of business development experience in which many years were spent as Business Development Director and Director of Insides Sales for national VAR's. In this role he gained valuable experience building, managing and directing high-performance virtual inside sales teams where we focused on coordinating and optimizing all demand generation and nurturing activities.
Main responsibilities also include being a main point of contact with our Partners to build partner relationships and programs, develop sales opportunities through our partners and to help manage the partnerships on an ongoing basis. Scott recently joined the Accrete Solutions team with the focus to build out our Business Development and Customer Relationship activities.
Director of Emerging Technologies
Gareth de Bruyn is the Director of Emerging Technologies at Accrete Solutions. His responsibilities include designing, implementing and delivering both architecture and operational models of the next generation application architectures to customers.
Over the past 8 years, Gareth's passion has been building and integrating a simplified mobile experience with intricate back end enterprise systems and processes. His focus covered the backend technology and architecture as well as the frontend usability. He brings to the innovation space over 20 years worth of SAP experience.
He is a Certified SAP R/3 Application Consultant, and has written numerous books on the technical aspects of SAP. He teaches courses for SAP America on the topics of Web Services, UI5, and HANA.
Gareth began his career as a Software Developer, but has held many different positions, including Business Analyst, Architect, and IT Director. His clients and employers are leaders in the Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Heavy Equipment, Technology and Banking industries.
Gareth received a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis and holds a Software Security Foundations Certificate from Stanford University.
Director of Service Strategy
Chris Westlake serves as Director of Service Strategy for Accrete Solutions providing strategic, commercial and operational expertise to help companies improve customer satisfaction and accelerate Services revenue and margin growth. Chris recently served as Vice President Global Services for a Vector Capital portfolio company. Prior to Vector, Westlake was Director of NA Service & Support for Hach Company (Danaher) and Chief Operating Officer for Industrial Control Repair, one of the largest privately held third-party automation and robotics Services companies in North America.
Chris began his career at Rockwell Automation where over seventeen years he served in various roles including Plant Manager, Manager of Strategic Services Outsourcing and Manager of Global Repair. Chris holds a Masters of Business Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
Business Development Manager & Google Solution Lead
Shahien Pillay is a Business Development Manager and the Google For Education Lead with Accrete Solutions South Africa. His role is the Implementation and Project Management of ICT in Education and the execution of Educational programs in terms of ICT in Education using the Google for Education Platform as the Google Education Partner for Rural Development.
His role includes Business Development and Implementation of all Educational products for Accrete Solutions. Shahien is responsible for the marketing of all Google for Education Apps in Educational and building of comprehensive solutions for schools and universities.
He brings 25 years of progressive accomplishments in Education in Southern Africa , working with executives on both strategic and operational levels to achieve results.
Shahien holds a Degree in BTech Project Management, and is very passionate about Education and upskilling our youth in Africa.
